Intermittent Fasting – Caloric restriction and

to manage stress is through emotional freedom technique, or EFT.
Sunshine – Regular sunlight exposure is crucial for
vitamin D, and now researchers believe it also influences your body’s
production of BDNF. A study of 2,851 individuals found a link between
levels of BDNF and the number of hours of sunlight exposure.
Sleep – Studies show that people who have trouble
sleeping have significantly lower serum levels of BDNF. However, stress
appears to play a key role, as only those subjects who suffered from
both increased stress and poor sleep showed decreased BDNF levels.
Sufficient amounts of high-quality sleep are important for dealing with stress and maintaining healthy levels of BDNF.
And now, researchers have found another way to raise BDNF – through the use of whole coffee fruit concentrate.*
How Coffee Fruit Extract Raises BDNF*
What we consider a coffee bean isn’t a bean at all – it’s a seed. So,
when you brew up a cup of coffee from ground coffee “beans,” you’re

You might be wondering... how does coffee fruit compare to brewed
